BCHS SMACC Club (Students Making A Change in the Community) were a part of KET's Health 360 new hour. Lynlea Kiser, club president, was part of the broadcast talking about the TATU (Teens Against Tobacco use) program. TATU participants have been training on tobacco information to visit the elementary 5th grade students to teach them about the importance of not smoking. Kiser spoke about how hands-on materials, like pig lungs, help students understand the risks. Cyndi Steel, adult advisor, is very proud of how much the SMACC Club has accomplished.
