Mrs. Sue Ellen Ballard, choir and music teacher at BCMS, has been named a recipient of the 2020 Valvoline Teacher Achievement Award. She now qualifies to compete for the 2020 Kentucky Teacher of the Year Award which will be announced in May. 

BCMS is very proud of Mrs. Ballard. The middle school choirs have been very successful under her direction. She has led them to many distinguished ratings. Parents, teachers, and community members constantly remark how awesome the choir concerts are. Once again, congratulations Mrs. Ballard and good luck!!
